Minimum Stay

  • Low Season: 2 nights
  • High Season: 5 nights
  • Peak Season: 7 nights

All season dates are reviewed on a yearly basis and adjusted to public holidays where necessary.

High and Peak Season

  • Generally a 50% deposit is required within five (5) days of a booking being made and confirmation of such reservation and supporting documents being sent to the guest.
  • Generally the 50% balance of payment must be received a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival.

* Such balance of payment is non-refundable.

Low Season

  • Generally a 50% deposit is required within five (5) days of a booking being made and confirmation and such reservation supporting documents being sent to the guest.
  • Generally the 50% balance of payment must be received a minimum of 45 days prior to arrival.

Refunds or Rental Date Deferrals

Generally not given, however, may be granted under exceptional circumstances such as political unrest in Bali that may affect the safety of the guest during the stay, a major catastrophe like an earthquake and other possible exceptional circumstances as approved by Eko Villa management.

Cancellation Notice

  • Must be received in writing a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival or 45 days in the case of a peak season period.
  • In the event of a ‘no show’, the guest shall be held responsible for payment based on the full length of stay (i.e., total accommodation charges).

Check In/Check Out Time

Generally check in time is 14.00 while check out time is normally 11.00. Any request for a late check out up to 18.00 will generally be charged at 50% of the daily rental rate, while a late check out after 18.00 will be charged 100% of the daily rental rate.

Payment Terms

  1. Reservations are handled on a first come, first served basis.
  2. For last minute bookings, i.e. those within 10 days of arrival date, full payment on the day of arrival in USD cash is acceptable.
  3. Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, USD cash or bank transfers. All bank charges and Paypal fees are the responsibility of the guest.

Travel Insurance

Eko Villa management strongly recommends that all guests take out a comprehensive travel insurance to protect themselves during their visit against unexpected circumstances such as illness, death, lost of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility

Eko Villa management is not responsible for any loss or damage to a guest's personal equipment and property during their stay at Eko Villa Bali or during their participation in any activities during their visit to Bali.

Eko Villa management will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expenses or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of international flights, civil distrubances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of god, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

Smoking Policy

Eko Villa is a “Non Smoking” property. We are strictly enforced and prohibit smoking in the villa, on the balcony or anywhere on the villa’s property. Violation of this policy will result in an extra $500 non-refundable cleaning charge per room for fumigation/cleaning to disperse the smoking odor.
